These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Solar Audit Services platform at SolarAuditServices.com (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Solar Audit Services provides forensic contract review, documentation organization, intake screening, case qualification scoring, and structured routing to independent solar relief advisory organizations and legal professionals. Solar Audit Services is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or any other regulated legal service. Submission of information through the Platform does not create an attorney-client relationship.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use the Platform. By submitting information, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
By submitting your information through any intake form on the Platform, you provide express written consent to be contacted by Solar Audit Services and affiliated partner organizations by telephone (including autodialer or prerecorded voice calls), SMS/text message, and email at the contact information you provide, for purposes related to your solar contract review. This consent is not required as a condition of receiving any service. You may revoke consent at any time by contacting us at (817) 873-3271 or privacy@solarauditservices.com.
Solar Audit Services makes no representation or warranty regarding the outcome of any case, claim, or legal matter. Our qualification scores are internal screening tools and do not constitute legal opinions. Individual results vary. References to outcomes, settlements, or recoveries on the Platform are for illustrative purposes only and are not guarantees of similar results.
By uploading documents to the Platform, you represent that you have the right to share such documents and that doing so does not violate any applicable law, court order, or confidentiality agreement. Solar Audit Services is not responsible for documents uploaded in violation of applicable law. We will handle uploaded documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Solar Audit Services may route your case file to affiliated solar relief organizations or independent legal professionals based on your case profile and your consent. These third parties operate under their own terms of engagement and are not employees, agents, or legal partners of Solar Audit Services. Any engagement with a third-party professional is governed solely by your direct agreement with that professional.
All content, tools, templates, scoring methodologies, and materials on the Platform are the proprietary property of Solar Audit Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOLAR AUDIT SERVICES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post changes with a revised effective date.
