• Details about your solar contract, lender, and situation
• Uploaded documents including contracts, addenda, photos, and communications

• Session data captured by TrustedForm for TCPA consent certification

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Receive, score, and review your solar contract intake
• Organize and assemble your case documentation
• Contact you by phone, email, or text regarding your case review — consistent with the consent you provided
• Route your case file to affiliated solar relief advisors or independent legal professionals, with your consent
• Improve our Platform, services, and intake workflows
• Comply with applicable law, including TCPA obligations

3. TCPA Consent & Phone/Email Communications

By submitting your information through our intake forms, you provide express written consent for Solar Audit Services and its affiliated partners to contact you by phone (including autodialer or pre-recorded voice) and email at the contact information you provide. This consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by calling (817) 873-3271 or emailing privacy@solarauditservices.com.

We use TrustedForm to create an independent, verifiable record of your consent session at the time of submission.

4. SMS / Text Message Program

Program Name: Solar Audit Services Case Updates & Intake.

Program Description: When you submit an intake form on our website and check the SMS consent box, Solar Audit Services may send you transactional and informational text messages related to your solar contract review — including intake confirmations, requests for additional documents, scheduling messages, case status updates, and follow-up regarding the services you requested.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your case activity. You should expect approximately 2–6 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Solar Audit Services does not charge for messages we send.

Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you reply STOP, we will send you one confirmation message and you will not receive any further SMS messages from us. To re-subscribe, submit a new intake form or text START.

Supported Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS Consent & Mobile Information Sharing: No mobile information (phone numbers collected for SMS, opt-in data, or consent records) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy may be shared as outlined in Section 5 below, but mobile opt-in data and consent are specifically excluded from any such sharing. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Mobile phone opt-in data and SMS consent records are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Subject to that exclusion, we may share other categories of information with:

• Affiliated Solar Relief Partners — for advisory case processing, with your consent
• Independent Legal Professionals — for potential legal evaluation and representation, with your consent
• Service Providers — secure cloud storage, document management, analytics, and communication tools operating under confidentiality agreements
• Legal Authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights or safety of individuals

6. Document Security

All uploaded documents are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and encrypted at rest using AES-256. Access to uploaded documents is restricted to authorized Solar Audit Services personnel and approved partner organizations on a need-to-know basis. Documents are stored for the duration required to process your case and deliver your file.

7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
